Inspiration in Ireland

May 21 – 29, 2019

Sorry, this retreat is full.  Please check out our other options.

If you’re ready to take the next step on the journey of a life you love but feel uninspired, allow the enchanting Emerald Isle’s mystical heritage, breathtaking landscapes and welcoming people help you find a healthy balance and harmony in your life.

Ireland always comes through on its promise to inspire dreams, enliven souls, and deliver a fabulous time!

Your safety and peace of mind are top priority on our adventure together. Every effort is made to ensure your travel experience is fun and worry free.

From your closest international airport, you’ll fly to a city within the U.S. Our entire group will meet up and continue on to Ireland on the same flight and go through the customs process together. Arriving at the Dublin airport, we are met by our private motor coach and driver, who transports us for the next week to our many destinations. At the end of our time together, we’ll fly together from Dublin back to the states and from there depart to our separate home airports. It’s all taken care of for you.

Accommodations

Be delighted by a full spectrum of sleeping accommodations – all special in their own way!

Ireland welcomes your first night to go back in time and slumber in a 13th century castle nestled amid 20 acres of beautiful gardens fully in bloom at the time of our visit. The next night pampers you in a luxurious boutique hotel. Day three you overlook the ocean from your waterfront hotel in the charming harbor town of Cobh, and the following night you have a true cozy guesthouse cottage experience.

After that, you move on to a countryside hotel where every room provides spectacular valley or mountain views. Your last two nights round out this unique adventure in the bustling city of Dublin where your home is a 3-star hotel situated in the heart of the city and center of the action.

It’s the perfect home base for exploring on your last free day in Ireland.

My inner bliss is calling...

Cuisine

Contrary to popular belief, Ireland is more than potatoes! Although they do have their share of potato inspired dishes. Your varied dining experiences will be enjoyed in authentic Irish pubs, elegant rooms fit for a queen, and lively restaurants accompanied by dancing and singing!

Gluten free options are offered at most restaurants.

Delights

Thin Places

“Heaven and earth are only three feet apart, but in thin places that distance is even shorter”Celtic Saying

Explore some of the magical spots Ireland is known for. Legend has it that in these special places the line between all that is sacred and human meet for just a moment. You not only visit a few of these ‘thin places’, but you’ll learn the history behind them and why they are viewed as special.

Castles

Ireland is legendary for some of the most beautiful castles in the world, and you’ll explore a couple, including Blarney Castle. You can’t visit the area without kissing the Blarney Stone. You’ll even wander through a castle said to be haunted – if you dare!

Walks

You won’t just view this lovely place lovingly referred to as the Emerald Isle from the windows of a tour bus. You feel the breeze on your face and the dirt beneath your feet as you immerse yourself in the countryside. You hike through magnificent forest trails in the stunning Wicklow Mountains, stroll cliff-side overlooking the ocean, and wander through quaint villages.

People

Even though it’s hard to match the incredible beauty of Ireland, my favorite part is the friendly colorful characters that call this country home. The experiences you’ll have interacting with these lovely people won’t soon be forgotten. You’ll meet Benedictine monks, an artisan basket weaver, walking stick makers, and other surprises.

Music and Fun

The Irish are famous for singing, dancing, and having a great time. Even if you’re not of Irish decent, you will be for this week! Be entertained by an amazing Irish Celtic dance performance, partake in the Smithwick’s beer tour and tasting, and enjoy live Irish poetry and music during dinner one evening.

Dublin

This city is an experience of its own. Your time in Ireland will end with a full free day to explore the diversity of Dublin. You may choose to take a tour of the Guinness factory, visit the magnificent Book of Kells exhibit at Trinity College, tour and taste at the Jameson Whiskey factory, relish quiet time in St. Patrick’s Cathedral, or wander the shops and pubs along the famous Temple Bar area picking up some last-minute gifts or souvenirs to take home. It’s all up to you!
